With 25 years experience as a Development professional in Oklahoma, I help my clients build a strategic plan for reaching their fundraising goals.  Just as importantly, I roll up my sleeves to help my clients, sharing their devotion to organizational goals.

With Development Audit clients, I help organizations strengthen fundraising programs by looking at all aspects of their development operation and offering recommendations for improvements.  

With Capital Campaign clients, I typically help develop the campaign case statement and work with staff and volunteers to build a prospect pool.  I believe the process of building a prospect pool is the best way to determine the feasibility of a fundraising campaign and its goals.  In addition, I encourage my clients to take a close look at their internal readiness for a campaign, evaluating database management, gift accounting, and donor stewardship processes. Over the course of the campaign, I help clients in a variety of ways, including coordinating the activities of volunteer leaders, writing grant proposals, and continuing to expand the prospect pool.

With Grant Management clients, I help develop a grants strategy, build and manage a grants calendar, and draft proposals and grant reports. I am also willing to help nonprofits by serving as a "grant whisperer," reviewing and improving grant proposals written by their staff, and mentoring staff grant writers.
